Thank you Chris for helping us make our dream wedding come true. Working with Chris about our wedding was very smooth and easy when he came over to discuss our plans about the wedding. My husband and I needed his advice as we wanted a venue that's not far and we considered getting married in a public place like a garden or park. We wanted an intimate ceremony with around 15 people to witness our special day. Chris took notice of our deck and he advised that if we packed up our plants there would be enough room to seat our guests. That changed everything. We decided to host the wedding on our deck at home with drinks and nibbles as people arrived followed by the ceremony an hour later. With the wedding being on an early summer evening the sunset was beautiful, surrounded by the view of the trees and our lovely plants. This made our wedding a very romantic intimate occasion with our dearest friends and family. Chris was very understanding of the type of ceremony we wanted that celebrated our love for each other. He took time to learn more about us and our story as a couple and he used this knowledge to make the wedding more personal, warm and intimate for us. When Chris showed us the first draft of the script for the ceremony we were able to approve it without correction. From that point on we were able to relax and enjoy getting married. We used its romantic themes to write our own personal vows. Chris provided an extensive portfolio of examples of vows that were inspiring and he was full of support and great advice. On the day it was a happy and joyous occasion. It was effortless for him to engage the audience during the ceremony and all of us were laughing at one point, one of our fondest memory during the day. We met Chris after meeting two or three other celebrants not quite hitting the mark and we knew straight away that he was the one for us! In comparison to others, Chris was so genuine, humble, funny, experienced, calming and had a great speaking voice! He went out of his way to meet with us in person near our home to discuss all of the questions we had and guide us through the whole process. He had a detailed questionnaire which helped us write our vows and ceremony which we built together with his guidance. He had plenty of suggestions for couples that have no idea where to start, but was also very easy to communicate with for any couples that have an exact idea of what they're wanting.
